Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Bridge Academy Cincinnati. By enrolling in our courses, using our website, or participating in our programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment & Registration

  • Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of a completed registration form and payment.

  • For minors, a parent or legal guardian must complete the registration process.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrollment for any reason, including non-payment or violation of policies.

2. Payments & Fees

  • All tuition fees must be paid in full before classes begin unless a payment plan has been arranged.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, check, or online payment through our secure system.

  • Prices are subject to change; however, confirmed enrollments will not be affected.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Full Refund: Available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the course start date.

  • Partial Refund: 50% refund if cancellation is made within the first week of classes.

  • No Refunds: After the first week of the course.

  • Refunds for special programs, workshops, or events may vary and will be stated at the time of registration.

4. Attendance & Punctuality

  • Consistent attendance is required for the best learning experience.

  • Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be admitted to class to avoid disruption.

  • Missed classes are non-refundable, but make-up sessions may be available for private lessons or special arrangements.

5. Course Changes & Cancellations by Bridge Academy

  • We reserve the right to change class schedules, instructors, or delivery format (in-person/online) when necessary.

  • If a course is canceled by Bridge Academy, students will receive a full refund or may transfer to another course.

6. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to:

  • Treat staff, classmates, and facilities with respect.

  • Use respectful language and behavior at all times.

  • Follow safety and participation guidelines.
    Failure to comply may result in dismissal without refund.

7. Online Learning

  • Students must have access to a reliable internet connection and appropriate devices for online classes.

  • Sharing course materials or recordings without permission is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to lesson plans, worksheets, videos, and recordings, are the property of Bridge Academy Cincinnati and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bridge Academy Cincinnati is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during participation in our programs, whether on-site or online.

10. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky and applicable U.S. federal laws.
