About Bridge Academy Cincinnati

Bridge Academy Cincinnati empowers learners of all ages—preschool through adults—to communicate with confidence in English and Spanish. We blend play-based learning for little ones with practical, real-world language instruction for teens and adults. Located in Southgate, Kentucky (just across the river from Cincinnati), we serve the entire Greater Cincinnati area through in-person and live online programs.

The Role

Position: Bilingual English–Spanish Teacher (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Formats: In-person (Southgate, KY) and/or Live Online
Start Date: Rolling—multiple cohort start dates year-round

You’ll plan and deliver engaging lessons in English and/or Spanish, adjust instruction to learner goals and ages, and foster a welcoming, inclusive classroom.

What You’ll Do

• Teach small groups and/or 1:1 lessons (kids, teens, and adults).

• Use play-based, immersive strategies for early learners (ages 3–5).

• Build core skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

• Differentiate instruction for mixed levels and learning styles.

• Track progress and provide clear, actionable feedback.

• Communicate with families and adult learners about goals and outcomes.

• Collaborate on curricula, materials, and assessments.

• Model cultural competence and inclusive practices.

What You Bring

• Professional fluency in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, writing).

• Teaching experience (school, tutoring, language center, or online).

• Comfort with age-appropriate methods—play-based for preschool; practical, task-based lessons for older learners.

• Strong classroom management and warm, encouraging presence.

• Reliability, punctuality, and clear communication.

• Bonus: Teaching certificate, TESOL/TEFL/DELE training, or early-childhood experience.

Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: Flexible; weekday mornings/evenings and select Saturdays available.

• Compensation: Competitive hourly or salaried options based on experience and credentials.
